Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of ssh101+. By streaming to or viewing content on this service you agree to it. We may update this policy; continued use means acceptance.

1. Content you may not stream

You may not use the service to transmit, store or distribute content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property right you do not own or have a licence to broadcast — including live sports, films, television and music you do not hold rights to;
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or sexualises minors in any way;
• Depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual content, or intimate imagery shared without consent;
• Incites violence, terrorism, or genocide, or promotes a violent extremist organisation;
• Harasses, stalks, threatens, or doxxes any person;
• Constitutes fraud, a scam, phishing, or an unlawful gambling operation;
• Violates any applicable law in the jurisdiction where it is transmitted or received.

2. Technical abuse

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the underlying infrastructure;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our prior written permission;
• Interfere with service to any user, host or network, including by denial of service or flooding;
• Circumvent viewer limits, plan entitlements, geographic restrictions, playback tokens, or any other access control;
• Resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement;
• Use automated means to create accounts or channels.

3. Fair use of resources

Each plan carries a concurrent-viewer limit and a channel allowance. Sustained use materially beyond your plan, or use that degrades service for other customers, may result in throttling or suspension. We will contact you first where practical.

4. Your responsibility for rights

You are solely responsible for holding all necessary rights, licences, clearances and consents for everything you broadcast — including video, audio, music, fonts, logos and the likeness of any person appearing in your stream.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Suspected violations may be reported to our abuse contact. We may remove content, suspend a channel, or terminate an account for violations of this AUP. Serious violations — particularly CSAM — will be reported to the appropriate authorities and result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Copyright complaints

We respond to valid takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent legislation elsewhere. Send notices to our designated agent at the abuse contact below. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
